Large openings frame Carpathian views. A charred timber façade gives a dark, monolithic presence that blends with the forest and resists weathering. Inside, pine boards, natural textiles, exposed aluminium and concrete offer a warm, tactile contrast.

Fully off‑grid, the cabin uses photovoltaic panels, an air‑to‑water heat pump and spring water. Its compact form turns site constraints, rocky ground and a tiny footprint into defining architectural features.
